Help with Tiny Tellers, the iPhone app that keeps the stories your child tells

Email us about anything: a question, a problem, or a printed book that arrived damaged. We usually reply within two working days.
Which iPhones it works on
Tiny Tellers needs an iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence turned on (Settings › Apple Intelligence & Siri), and iOS 27 or later. Sign in to iCloud to keep stories backed up and to share them with family.
Common questions
- Pictures aren't appearing. Keep Tiny Tellers open while pictures are made, and check that Apple Intelligence is on. Pictures are made one at a time.
- Stories aren't showing on another iPhone. Check both iPhones are signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive on. For a partner's iPhone, share the child from the child's settings (needs Pro).
- Restoring Pro on a new iPhone. Open the Pro screen and tap Restore purchases.
- Cancelling Pro. In the Settings app, tap your name › Subscriptions › Tiny Tellers. Turn it off at least 24 hours before it renews.
- A printed book arrived damaged or misprinted. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement.
